To maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence, we are looking for qualified technical minds to manage, maintain, and optimize our resort's electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrician or Electrical Engineer at the resort, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across the resort premises, including chalets, offices, and outdoor recreational areas.
Diagnosing malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components to identify and resolve issues swiftly.
Ensuring stable and uninterrupted power distribution, including the management of backup power generators and solar/renewable energy systems where applicable.
Conducting routine preventative maintenance inspections to guarantee compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborating with the facility maintenance team on renovations, new installations, and structural upgrades that reflect our African-themed aesthetic.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications (e.g., Trade Test, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline).
Proven practical experience as an electrician or electrical engineer, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or real estate sector.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of electrical safety protocols.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
