The Role

As our Electrical & Electronics Technician, you will play a vital role in our production ecosystem. You will be responsible for the health of our complex machinery, ensuring that our injection molding, extrusion, and pen-assembling processes run at peak efficiency. This is a hands-on position ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance protocols for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults rapidly to minimize downtime.
Service critical components, including PLC systems, temperature controllers, sensors, servo-hydraulic systems, and motor drives.
Interpret complex electrical drawings to perform repairs and system upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional production and engineering teams to drive operational efficiency.
Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of an HND or BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or specifically with injection molding machinery.
Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and motor controls.
Competence in utilizing testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
Familiarity with major machine brands like Demag, Haitian, Engel, Toshiba, or Arburg is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure during shift rotations.
