The Role
As our E-Commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online storefront, from order processing to strategic site merchandising. This position offers a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative marketing, perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing performance and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Execute the full selection and fulfillment process for customer orders.
- Analytical Insights: Develop comprehensive reports on business metrics and site performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Product Management: Coordinate product setups and cultivate strong relationships with our vendors.
- Marketing & Merchandising: Execute monthly marketing calendars, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Project Leadership: Plan and track projects with clear milestones, providing consistent status updates to management.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze marketing trends to assist in forecasting sales, margins, prices, and inventory requirements.
Required Competencies
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Channel Strategy Management.
- Deep understanding of Brand & Category Management.
- Experience in Customer Plan Implementation.
- Expertise in the development and management of Marketing/Sales infrastructure.
