The Opportunity

In this role, you will ensure seamless execution and deliver an exceptional client experience across every stage of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to global project management and project finance teams.
Oversee the end to end execution of full service clinical trials ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all project phases.
Partner with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience and build lasting relationships.
Contribute to senior leadership discussions to shape company strategy and support deliberate growth.

Requirements

Extensive experience in clinical trial project management within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
Proven track record of leading global teams and managing complex project finances.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities in a fast paced setting.
