Overview

As our Director, Production Services, you will be the ultimate custodian of the guest experience within your assigned attractions. Your mission involves maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and functionality for every show, every time. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring guests worldwide consistently enjoy the compelling emotional, visual, interactive, and storytelling experiences crafted by our Creative & Design Studio. This is a fully remote, global role, allowing you to impact our guest experiences from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire Teams: Oversee and mentor both the attraction's show operations and technical services teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure Show Quality: Guarantee the overall quality, consistency, functionality, and flawless execution of all guest-facing show experiences.
Champion the Guest Experience: Act as the primary operational steward, ensuring guests consistently receive the intended emotional, visual, interactive, and storytelling journey envisioned by the OGX Creative & Design Studio.
Drive Operational Excellence: Lead daily execution, maintenance, and ongoing improvement initiatives for all guest-facing attractions.
Manage Team Logistics: Take responsibility for comprehensive staffing, precise scheduling, thorough training, effective coaching, and performance management of your teams.
Maintain Readiness & Reliability: Ensure optimal operational readiness and technical reliability across all elements of the show experience.
Foster Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Creative & Design Studio, Production, and Venue Operations teams to bridge creative vision with daily operational reality.
Uphold Standards: Translate creative standards into successful daily operations while upholding the highest levels of guest satisfaction, safety, and overall operational excellence.
Demonstrate Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt your schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and maintenance windows as needed to support global operations.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in managing operational and technical teams within guest-facing entertainment, attractions, or similar dynamic environments.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and execution for complex live experiences.
Strong understanding of technical systems and their reliability in a production setting.
Exceptional skills in staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
