As our Director of Product Management for Security Products, you will take the reins of our next wave of security solutions. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the most promising security markets and use cases beyond our initial detect capabilities.
Build and champion the product roadmap for upcoming security offerings, aligning everything with our overarching vision.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring powerful security products to life.
Talk to customers constantly to understand their biggest pain points and translate those insights into killer features.
Drive the strategy for how our security portfolio integrates seamlessly with the wider Cribl ecosystem.

Requirements

Extensive product management experience leading security or SIEM products in high growth environments.
A deep understanding of security operations, detection engineering, and threat hunting workflows.
A proven track record of taking zero to one products and scaling them into market leaders.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without relying on formal authority.
A curious and collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast paced, remote first culture.
