Overview

As our Director of Product Management, you will guide product development through all stages of the product lifecycle. This includes identifying customer needs, then developing, launching, and sustaining products that shape the next generation of our modules. You will serve as Censys' key representative to customers, vendors, and partners, expertly synthesizing information and communicating your insights to internal stakeholders. A critical part of your role will involve building, maintaining, and developing a world-class team of product managers, all deeply committed to our mission of being THE authority for Internet Intelligence and Insights. This is a fully remote position, welcoming exceptional talent from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product vision and strategy for your assigned product areas, aligning with overall company goals.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer interviews to uncover unmet needs and strategic opportunities.
Translate user insights and business objectives into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
Represent Censys at industry events and engage directly with partners and customers to gather feedback and build relationships.
Drive continuous product innovation, ensuring Censys maintains its leadership position in the internet intelligence space.

Requirements

Significant experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market and driving their growth.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, including directly managing and scaling product teams.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate a broad vision into clear, actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A genuine passion for internet intelligence, cybersecurity, or related highly technical domains.
Ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability.
