You will guide our product design strategy, mentor rising talent, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build for the long term.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and scale a world-class team of product designers across multiple global regions.
Drive the end-to-end design vision for our Connected Operations Cloud platform and core product suites.
Partner with product management and engineering leaders to define strategy and execute complex product roadmaps.
Establish high standards for user experience, accessibility, and visual execution.
Translate complex IoT data and industrial workflows into simple, human-centric software solutions.
Foster a culture of rigorous user research, rapid prototyping, and continuous iteration.

Requirements

You bring extensive experience leading product design teams at high-growth technology companies. A robust portfolio showcasing complex enterprise software, mobile applications, or data-heavy platforms is essential. You excel at translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear strategic direction. Strong cross-functional communication skills and a passion for mentoring designers at all levels come naturally to you. Experience in the IoT, hardware integration, or B2B SaaS space is a huge plus.
