Overview

We are seeking a Director of Product to lead our Platform, Payload and Services division. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity places you at the intersection of hardware, software, and orbital mechanics. You will own the roadmap for our core services, working closely with brilliant engineers to deliver cutting edge space infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the long term product strategy for Kepler platform services and hosted payloads.
Partner with engineering, sales, and mission operations to translate complex satellite capabilities into scalable commercial offerings.
Drive the product lifecycle from initial conception through on orbit deployment and continuous improvement.
Engage directly with customers to understand their unique data relay and compute needs in space.
Mentor a growing team of product managers and foster a culture of bold thinking and rapid execution.

Requirements

Extensive experience in product management, ideally within aerospace, telecommunications, or complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling technical infrastructure products from scratch.
Deep technical literacy with the ability to collaborate effectively with orbital, software, and hardware engineers.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, globally distributed remote environment.
