This pivotal Director of People Operations role is crucial to our continued expansion. It is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity for a strategic leader to design and implement a world-class people strategy that supports our global team and ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of People Operations strategies aligned with Tekmetric’s business objectives and culture.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.
Champion Tekmetric’s culture, designing initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, and a positive work environment across a distributed team.
Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leadership and managers on people-related matters, including organizational design and change management.
Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations, developing best practices for our international workforce.
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent globally.
Foster professional development and career growth opportunities for all team members.

Requirements

At least 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in People Operations or Human Resources leadership, with a significant portion in a strategic director-level role.
Proven track record of building and scaling People Operations functions within a fast-growing technology company.
Extensive experience managing HR for a fully remote and globally distributed workforce.
Deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and performance management.
Strong understanding of HR technologies and systems.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with an ability to influence and engage at all levels.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both developing high-level strategies and diving into operational details.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
