Key Responsibilities

Set the overarching technical direction for a complex and mature enterprise platform while driving its evolution toward next-generation architecture.
Lead the charge as SeatGeek transitions into an AI-native engineering organization.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering Managers, and Senior Engineers to turn intricate business challenges into clear technical solutions.
Engage directly with global clients to understand their operational needs and shape our product roadmap accordingly.
Mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading engineering organizations at scale, ideally within enterprise product development.
Deep comfort bridging the gaps between deep technology, product strategy, and complex domain operations.
Proven ability to guide mature platforms through major architectural evolutions and modernization phases.
Strong grasp of emerging AI-driven development practices and how to integrate them into engineering workflows.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with a track record of partnering successfully with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
