Overview

You will step in as a vital leader partnering closely with our VP of Engineering, Product teams, Data Science units, and Design groups. Your main objective is to lead the technical strategy and execution for our entire Data Products roadmap. This covers everything from clinical data ingestion and canonical modeling to ensuring our pipelines scale seamlessly. You will ensure our tech stack leverages industry standards like FHIR, LOINC, and RxNorm to power real world health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical strategy and execution for the Data Products roadmap, focusing on clinical data ingestion and canonical modeling.
Build scalable and reusable data capabilities that serve as the foundational platform for clinical insight generation.
Partner directly with product, design, and data science leaders to align engineering execution with overarching business goals.
Scale our ingestion frameworks to handle increasing volumes of healthcare data efficiently and securely.
Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence and high ownership.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Deep familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR, LOINC, and RxNorm.
Strong background in designing and scaling complex data pipelines, canonical data models, and ingestion architectures.
Exceptional collaboration skills with a proven track record of partnering across product and data science domains.
