Overview

As our Director of Digital Transformation, you will spearhead enterprise wide digital initiatives. Your mission involves integrating technology, data analytics, automation, and redesigned business processes to dramatically enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experiences, improve scalability, and boost overall business performance. Within the vital sectors of Insurance and Investments, your focus will be on fundamentally transforming core processes across insurance, investment, finance, customer engagement, and corporate functions. This transformation will be achieved through the strategic deployment of digital platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, and seamlessly integrated enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities

Develop and meticulously execute the organization's overarching digital transformation strategy and comprehensive roadmap.
Proactively identify compelling opportunities to digitize, automate, and fundamentally redesign critical business processes.
Lead and govern complex, enterprise wide digital transformation programs and portfolios from conception through delivery.
Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with key leaders across business units, IT, investment teams, insurance operations, finance, risk management, and general operations.
Drive the essential modernization of legacy systems, core platforms, and the underlying technology architecture to support future growth.
Champion and lead innovative digital customer experience initiatives across various touchpoints, including web portals, mobile applications, and self service channels.
Implement advanced workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and other intelligent process solutions.
Oversee the digital transformation of critical insurance processes, including underwriting, policy administration, claims processing, and compliance.

Requirements

Proven track record of success, typically 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving significant digital transformation initiatives within the financial services, insurance, or investment industries.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps.
Deep understanding of modern digital technologies including cloud platforms, AI, machine learning, data analytics, intelligent automation, and enterprise system integration.
Exceptional ability to lead complex projects, manage cross functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying business challenges and translating them into technical solutions and strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, Engineering, or Finance; a Master's degree or equivalent advanced certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for articulating complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
