We are looking for a Director of Contact Strategy Platforms to spearhead our modern contact strategy operations centered around Genesys Cloud. You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution, ensuring our communication channels flow seamlessly as we scale.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, allowing you to do impactful work from wherever you are most productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and optimize our contact strategy platforms with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud.
- Lead the technical vision and daily operations of our inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, intake, and legal operations teams to align technical setups with business goals.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Scale our communication infrastructure to support rapid year over year business growth without losing quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading contact center platforms, specifically with deep expertise in Genesys Cloud.
- Strong background in designing omnichannel contact strategies for high volume environments.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of owning technical operations from strategy to execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment that values trust and autonomy.
