You will direct a dedicated crew of investigators, compliance experts, and a senior anti-corruption attorney while partnering closely with executive leadership. By overseeing our confidential reporting channels and case management systems, you will ensure every concern is addressed with rigor, fairness, and absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a talented global team of investigators, compliance specialists, and a senior anti-corruption attorney.
Manage the company wide confidential reporting program encompassing hotlines, emails, and postal channels.
Oversee thorough investigations into alleged violations of the Code of Business Conduct and recommend effective remediation strategies.
Collaborate strategically with Human Resources and senior leadership regarding case outcomes and necessary disciplinary measures.
Maintain and optimize the enterprise Business Integrity case management system to track trends and drive continuous improvement.
