Key Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategy for the Mexico region.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to localize campaigns and product messaging.
Drive regional brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Act as a primary brand ambassador for the Mexico office and regional stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance.

Requirements

Proven track record of leadership in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or IoT sectors.
Deep understanding of the Mexican market dynamics, business culture, and buyer personas.
Fluent in both Spanish and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams in a remote environment.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and a passion for data-driven decision making.
