Key Responsibilities

Own the entire integration and data migration program across core implementations and client transitions.
Direct integration architecture across a complex system landscape including federal payroll, benefits, time and attendance, retirement systems, and agency specific applications.
Drive the comprehensive data migration strategy encompassing data preparation, quality assurance, and strict governance protocols.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system interoperability and data integrity.

Requirements

Active Public Trust clearance.
Extensive leadership experience in managing large scale integration and data migration programs, preferably within the federal sector.
Deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, data governance, and legacy system transitions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide diverse technical and non technical teams toward shared goals.
