Key Responsibilities

Lead extremely complex analyses to identify critical trends and issues across assigned states and countrywide markets.
Collaborate with leadership to set state-level and product line strategies while managing the implementation of necessary changes.
Guide cross-functional teams through the development and launch of new products and countrywide initiatives.
Act as the ultimate subject matter expert throughout the product implementation process.
Spot opportunities for operational improvement, deliver actionable recommendations, and drive them through to execution.
Provide expert recommendations on franchise underwriting guidelines to optimize production and profit planning.
Present comprehensive state reviews and project results directly to Directors of State Operations, Product SVPs, and the Chief Product Officer.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in product analysis, insurance operations, or a highly quantitative analytical field.
Proven track record of leading complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams toward successful execution.
Deep understanding of product line strategies, profit planning, and underwriting guidelines.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to executive leadership.
Self-motivated mindset with the capability to work independently under minimal direction in a global remote environment.
