Key Responsibilities

Architect and scale a brand new demand generation engine targeting major B2B buyers across the healthcare landscape.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment across digital and traditional channels.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of marketing professionals.
Partner directly with company leadership to align growth initiatives with overarching business goals.
Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

You bring a proven track record of scaling demand generation engines for high growth technology companies. Experience marketing into complex enterprise or healthcare buyer groups is a huge plus. You think strategically yet roll up your sleeves to get things done. Leadership comes naturally to you, and you know how to inspire a team to hit ambitious targets. Excellent communication skills and a data driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
