Key Responsibilities

Own the entire end to end lifecycle of billing, invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliations.
Translate complex enterprise contracts, SaaS subscriptions, usage based services, and hardware orders into accurate operational execution.
Partner closely with sales, customer success, and engineering to streamline the handoffs between deal closing and revenue recognition.
Drive continuous improvement and automation across our billing tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and our financial systems.
Establish robust internal controls, manage accounts receivable metrics, and provide clear reporting to leadership.

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance operations, billing, and accounts receivable in a high growth environment.
Deep familiarity with modern revenue tech stacks, particularly Salesforce and related billing or ERP platforms.
A strong track record of designing scalable operational processes for diverse revenue streams including SaaS and hardware.
Exceptional problem solving abilities combined with a hands on, builder mentality.
Clear communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively across globally distributed remote teams.
