Overview

As our Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management, you will take the reins on change management for all employee impacting initiatives across the organization. Whether we are rolling out cutting edge technology, shifting operational models, or redefining company policies, you will ensure our teams are prepared, aligned, and supported every step of the way. You get to build the bridges between People Operations, technology architecture, internal communications, and executive leadership, creating clarity where others see chaos.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end change management strategy for internal initiatives touching technology, operations, and daily workflows.
Maintain a crystal clear view of the enterprise portfolio, spotting dependencies and risks long before they become roadblocks.
Partner closely with internal communications and business teams to craft compelling narratives and targeted training programs.
Guide executive leaders through decision making processes, keeping everyone focused on sustainable adoption and measurable outcomes.
Stay personally engaged from initial concept through post-launch follow-through to ensure long term success.
