Your mission will be to define and execute the vision for delivery services across an assigned group of industries within the Testlio portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of delivery professionals across the EMEA region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Architect and implement strategic delivery roadmaps for assigned industries, ensuring alignment with Testlio's overall business objectives and market needs.
Provide executive oversight for all testing and client engagement practices within your portfolio, driving exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, contribute to business development, and drive successful client acquisition.
Champion the adoption of best practices, innovative methodologies, and new technologies, including our LeoAI EngineTM, to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage budgetary responsibilities and resource allocation for your delivery organization, optimizing operational costs while maintaining high performance standards.
Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring Testlio consistently exceeds their expectations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve target outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of Testlio's service offerings, drawing on market insights and client feedback to drive innovation.

Requirements

Extensive experience, typically 8+ years, in a senior delivery leadership or management role within the technology sector, preferably in software testing or quality assurance services.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex delivery strategies for a diverse client portfolio, with a strong focus on the EMEA market.
Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
Exceptional client relationship management skills, including experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, quality assurance methodologies, and modern testing practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
Solid business acumen with experience managing P&L or significant operational budgets.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications are a plus.
