As our new Director of Community Management, you will sit within the Assessment Delivery Operations team. Your primary mission is to foster strong relationships across the educational landscape while championing our digital assessment initiatives like the SAT and AP exams. You will guide user readiness strategies, elevate the customer experience, and ensure every stakeholder feels supported throughout their journey with us.
