Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for casualty claims, specifically within auto and general liability, to achieve superior results and foster operational excellence.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of claims professionals and leaders, cultivating a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and outstanding service delivery.

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience within a casualty claims environment, demonstrating a strong focus on auto and general liability.
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that result in significant operational improvements.
Deep understanding of claims best practices, technical standards, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing casualty claims.
Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams of claims professionals and leaders.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Professional designations such as CPCU are a valuable asset.
