Overview

As our new Director, you will take full ownership of Amazon DSP strategy and execution for a massive portfolio account. You will also provide high-level leadership and director support for managers handling two to three other full funnel retail accounts. Beyond direct client impact, you will help our wider team sharpen their planning and execution across all retail DSP channels. Key Responsibilities

Own and scale the Amazon DSP strategy and daily execution for our largest enterprise retail account.
Provide expert director-level mentorship and support to managers across multiple full-funnel retail accounts.
Collaborate with agency leadership to refine and elevate our broader retail DSP planning and execution methodologies.
Drive continuous campaign optimization to maximize return on ad spend and achieve ambitious client growth targets.
Foster strong cross-functional teamwork to deliver exceptional results and innovative omnichannel retail campaigns.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience managing and scaling Amazon DSP campaigns for large-scale portfolios.
Proven track record of leading full-funnel retail media strategies within a fast-paced agency environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching managers and sharpening team capabilities.
Deep understanding of retail media networks and programmatic advertising ecosystems.
Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute flawless day-to-day campaign operations.
