As our Director of AI Services, you own the entire lifecycle of our AI business unit. You will bridge the gap between deep technical capability and real world business strategy, helping clients build solid data foundations, spot high value use cases, and push AI solutions successfully into production.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the strategic vision for our AI and data services practice to drive rapid business growth.
Build, mentor, and lead a high performing team of AI specialists, data engineers, and consultants.
Partner directly with clients as a trusted advisor to uncover their core challenges and map out tailored AI roadmaps.
Oversee end to end service delivery, ensuring top tier client outcomes and seamless project execution.
Collaborate closely with internal leadership to integrate AI offerings with our existing ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience running a professional services practice, consulting unit, or similar business line.
Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the underlying data architectures required to support them.
Exceptional client facing communication skills with a knack for explaining complex tech to non technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of taking AI solutions from initial ideation all the way into production environments.
