TechBiz Global is scouting for an exceptionally sharp direct response creative strategist who knows how to capture attention on YouTube and turn cold viewers into immediate buyers. If you live and breathe consumer psychology, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and love testing big ideas with serious ad budgets, this role is built for you. We partner with massive eight and nine figure e-commerce brands, which means the stakes are high, the pace is rapid, and your ideas will receive substantial spend behind them right out of the gate.

This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity. You have the total flexibility to work from anywhere across the globe as long as you can deliver top tier creative thinking and move quickly.

Key Responsibilities

In this seat, you take full ownership of the creative pipeline from initial concept to post launch iteration. You will regularly handle tasks such as

Conducting thorough customer research into market desires, pain points, and buyer hesitations to uncover fresh marketing angles.
Scripting compelling YouTube ad hooks, mini VSLs, and full video concepts designed to hold attention and drive high converting action.
Collaborating closely with our AI video production team so your written scripts turn into polished assets with lightning speed.
Analyzing ad metrics like hook rates, hold rates, and conversion data to understand exactly why a concept won or lost.
Iterating rapidly on proven winners to expand scale while preventing creative fatigue before performance dips.

Requirements

We hold a very high bar because our partner brands operate at massive scale. To excel in this position, you should bring

At least two years of proven experience writing direct response video ads for YouTube or Facebook.
A deep understanding of Eugene Schwartz awareness stages and how to adapt messages for cold traffic.
A track record of profitable ad spend behind scripts that you personally conceived and wrote.
Familiarity with core direct response copywriting frameworks like RMBC and unique mechanism creation.
Genuine comfort using modern AI tools within your everyday workflow to speed up research and drafting.
Background writing for compliance heavy spaces such as supplements or weight loss offers is a major plus.
