This vital role offers a competitive compensation of $80 to $120 per hour and is a 100% remote position, open to candidates across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against specific quality rubrics for different domains.
Identify errors related to factual accuracy, aesthetics, and overall presentation.
Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to help refine AI models.
Apply deep subject-matter expertise to meticulously grade and assess AI outputs.
Review and analyze AI-generated work products, ensuring accuracy, rigor, and high domain quality.
Work independently and asynchronously, consistently meeting deadlines while actively contributing to improved AI model performance.

Requirements

Must-Have

At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in legal contracts, diligence processes, and redline evaluation.
Native or professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly skilled with Slides.

Preferred

An advanced degree, such as a Master's or higher, from a reputable academic institution.
