Overview

As our new Digital Strategy Executive, you will take ownership of a curated portfolio of about 15 digital banking clients located across the Western United States. Your main mission is to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive decision makers. By deeply understanding their business goals, you will drive client retention, secure renewals, and uncover exciting opportunities for revenue growth through our broader suite of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture rock-solid relationships with C-level stakeholders across your assigned client portfolio.
Develop comprehensive digital strategies that align Candescent solutions with client growth objectives.
Own the entire renewal lifecycle and protect baseline revenue while actively hunting for expansion opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal product, support, and implementation teams to guarantee exceptional client delivery.
