Overview

As our Digital Program Manager based remotely anywhere you choose, you will spearhead our digital campaigns across Michigan. You will work closely with our state team to create compelling content, manage online ads, and mobilize volunteers who care deeply about progressive values. This is a full time, exempt role offering a salary range of $60,000 to $67,000 per year, with occasional travel up to 25 percent required for special events and team gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute creative digital organizing campaigns that engage voters across Michigan.
Manage social media channels, email marketing lists, and digital advertising budgets.
Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and reach key audience segments effectively.
Collaborate with field teams to integrate online actions with offline community organizing.
Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content tailored to priority issues.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in digital organizing, campaign management, or political communications.
Familiarity with digital tools such as email software, CRM platforms, and social media ad managers.
Strong writing and visual communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
