The Role
As our Digital Marketer, you will be the bridge between our firm and key decision-makers, including manufacturing business owners, CFOs, and investors. Your primary mission is to generate, nurture, and deliver qualified leads that support our core focus areas: Manufacturing Operations Advisory, Alternative Funding, and Capital Market Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Craft and execute digital strategies that translate complex financial and manufacturing concepts into actionable insights.
- Content Mastery: Develop educational content across LinkedIn, email, and webinars to establish the firm as an industry leader.
- Community Building: Foster active online communities of manufacturers and stakeholders, turning digital interactions into professional inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Design and promote high-value assets like checklists, reports, and webinars that feed directly into our sales funnel.
- AI Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to enhance campaign planning, content creation, and workflow automation.
- Reporting: Analyze campaign ROI and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B or professional services marketing. You are an exceptional storyteller who thrives on metrics—not just likes or impressions—but the quality of inbound leads and conversion rates.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Mastery of LinkedIn marketing, email automation, CRM platforms, and creative tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized with a keen interest in leveraging AI to drive productivity.
