Overview

As a Digital Health Operations Manager for our dedicated sponsor team, you will stand at the forefront of digital health innovation. This crucial role involves leading the entire lifecycle of digital health operations deliverables, ensuring they seamlessly meet the specific needs of our study programs and internal stakeholders. You will provide essential technical guidance, offer subject matter expertise to diverse study teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for all digital health related activities. Staying ahead of industry trends and evaluating new technologies will be key to maintaining our Digital Health Center of Excellence (CoE) at peak performance. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

In this impactful role, you will be responsible for a range of critical activities, including:

Leading the strategic development and delivery of all Digital Health Operations deliverables for assigned studies and programs.
Acting as the primary subject matter expert, offering invaluable technical insights into digital health development and specification.
Serving as the main point of contact for cross-functional study teams, guiding them through all digital health operations related activities.
Providing expert advice and recommendations to study teams regarding suitable suppliers and technology alternatives.
Driving continuous improvement by maintaining an acute awareness of industry benchmarks and evaluating innovative new technologies.
Ensuring that our Digital Health Center of Excellence (CoE) processes consistently represent 'best practice' levels of performance.
Overseeing the completion of Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, contributing to effective vendor selection.
Ensuring all services rendered strictly adhere to applicable sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align digital health strategies with overarching program objectives.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings a robust combination of experience and skills:

Proven experience in Digital Health Operations, ideally within a sponsor dedicated or clinical research environment.
Deep technical expertise in digital health development and specification.
Demonstrable ability to lead projects and act as a main point of contact for complex cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of industry benchmarks and a proactive approach to evaluating new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing expert advice and recommendations.
A meticulous approach to adherence to SOPs, WIs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in vendor selection processes, including Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.
Fluency in English is essential for this global role.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or healthcare related field is highly preferred.
