Key Responsibilities

Design and implement resilient, cloud-native platforms for blockchain services and distributed systems, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
Drive automation initiatives across our infrastructure, developing tools and scripts to streamline deployment, operations, and scaling.
Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring, incident response, and post-mortems.
Collaborate closely with various engineering teams to integrate new services, providing guidance on infrastructure best practices and operational readiness.
Manage and optimize infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, leveraging their unique capabilities to achieve optimal outcomes.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, consistent, and secure delivery of software and infrastructure changes.
Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

Significant professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering role, with a strong focus on cloud environments.
Demonstrated expertise with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Extensive experience managing and orchestrating containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tool development.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security principles in a cloud context.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Familiarity with blockchain technology, decentralized networks, or cryptocurrency infrastructure is a strong plus.
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
