We are looking for a Detection Engineering and Response Lead to spearhead our security initiatives globally. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. You will take complete ownership of threat intelligence, detection engineering, and incident response across our entire cloud platform while guiding a talented, growing team of engineers and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale our core detection engineering and incident response capabilities from the ground up.
Develop advanced detection mechanisms and threat intelligence pipelines tailored for complex cloud and AI infrastructure.
Lead the investigation and mitigation of sophisticated security incidents affecting our global operations.
Mentor and guide a growing team of security analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, software, and networking teams to embed security best practices early in the development lifecycle.

Requirements

Extensive hands on experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, and high stakes incident response.
Deep understanding of cloud native environments, large scale architectures, and modern threat landscapes.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and empowering high performing technical teams.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast moving environments with confidence.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across a globally distributed, engineering driven organization.
