Key Responsibilities

Shape the visual strategy for how Hard Rock Bet connects with fans through our diverse team and league partnerships, including NFL, NBA, NHL, racing, and many more.
Concept and design compelling co-branded assets that elevate our brand's presence across a variety of platforms.
Create engaging visuals for digital channels, social media campaigns, in-venue displays like arena signage, and immersive experiential marketing environments.
Drive brand awareness and cultural relevance through innovative and impactful design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and content teams to ensure creative consistency and strategic alignment across all initiatives.
Translate complex marketing objectives into clear, concise, and visually stunning designs.
Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries within partnership frameworks.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Demonstrable experience in designing for major brands, ideally within sports, entertainment, or a related fast-paced industry.
Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
A keen understanding of current design trends, digital best practices, and the nuances of creating for different platforms such as social, web, and large-format displays.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
