This fully remote position allows you to work virtually from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with top tier engineers, owners, and contractors. Overview

The Program Manager holds ultimate accountability for steering a diverse collection of projects from conception to completion. You will integrate seamlessly into our project teams, acting as the primary glue between designers, trade partners, and clients. Whether you are guiding mission critical infrastructure or internal department initiatives, your leadership will ensure precision, scalability, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all operational aspects of a multifaceted project program across its entire lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with building owners, designers, contractors, and subcontractors on mission critical builds.
Oversee design and construction administration phases either directly or through the guidance of assigned Project Managers.
Drive strategic alignment across multiple simultaneous projects to meet strict client timelines.
Resolve high level roadblocks and facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing large scale technical projects or programs within construction, engineering, or related industries.
Deep understanding of mission critical facilities such as data centers or advanced infrastructure.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of directing cross functional project teams.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while managing multiple priorities across the United States.
Strong communication and negotiation skills suited for high stakes stakeholder interactions.
