As our Design Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling, supporting, and streamlining operations across our growing design team. You will champion efficient workflows, optimize tools, and foster a collaborative environment, enabling our designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that transform healthcare. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient design workflows, tools, and processes that enhance productivity and collaboration across the design team.
Manage and optimize design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability for all our product offerings.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the design team and cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research.
Establish and maintain best practices for design asset management, version control, and project documentation.
Identify and implement new tools and technologies that improve design operations and team efficiency.
Oversee the design team's onboarding process, ensuring new members are quickly integrated and set up for success.
Track and report on key design metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, regularly seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to refine our design operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in Design Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a fast-paced product development environment.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end product design process and design team needs.
Experience implementing and managing design systems and related tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Familiarity with various design and project management tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Asana).
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a significant plus.
