Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and scale high performance backend services using Kotlin and Spring.
Collaborate with cross functional squads to deliver secure financial products used by millions.
Optimize cloud infrastructure and manage data flows across Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.
Write clean, maintainable code backed by comprehensive unit tests.
Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and elevate the technical bar across the engineering organization.
Apply critical thinking and a strategic problem solving mindset to overcome complex architectural challenges.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience with Kotlin or Java and the Spring framework.
Solid background working with relational and non-relational databases including Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.
Hands-on cloud experience with AWS tools like SQS and S3.
Deep commitment to writing reliable code through thorough unit testing.
Familiarity with Docker, Apigee, and Javascript is considered a great bonus.
Exceptional soft skills featuring clear communication, accountability, and a strong systemic vision for business impact.
