Key Responsibilities

Analyze and build system projects using Microsoft technologies.
Handle bug fixes, requirement analysis, new feature development, and data modeling to align software with complex business rules.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and maintain clear documentation.
Participate in system homologation and deployment processes alongside clients.
Provide support for our proprietary tools by resolving incoming tickets efficiently.
