Overview

In this role, you will take full ownership of creating and evolving high impact native mobile applications. We want someone who brings a multiplatform mindset to the table, ensuring peak performance, rock solid stability, and breathtaking user experiences across all devices. You will shape the technical direction of our mobile products, write exceptionally clean code, and mentor others along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain native applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android alongside Swift and SwiftUI for iOS.
Bring complex user interfaces to life while strictly following Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
Connect apps to REST and GraphQL APIs with secure authentication, smart caching, and bulletproof versioning.
Design scalable codebases using Clean Architecture and the MVVM pattern.
Write comprehensive unit, instrumented, and UI tests using JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, and XCUITest.
Lead code reviews and help establish best practices across the entire mobile engineering squad.
Hunt down and eliminate performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and network latency issues.
Partner closely with backend developers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, and designers.

Requirements

Extensive hands on experience in native Android and iOS development.
Deep mastery of Kotlin, Swift, Jetpack Compose, and SwiftUI.
Proven track record of architecting scalable mobile apps using Clean Architecture and MVVM.
Strong familiarity with modern API integrations, caching strategies, and secure authentication flows.
Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks for both mobile platforms.
An obsessive eye for detail regarding UI implementation, animations, and smooth user experiences.
Fluent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a distributed remote environment.
