You will guide leading organizations as they adopt cutting-edge voice agents, customize our foundational models, and redefine how humans interact with digital systems. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity with a special focus on driving success in the Brazilian market.

In this role, you bridge the gap between our state of the art models and the day to day operational needs of enterprise partners. You will design implementation roadmaps, advise on best architectural practices, and ensure every client rollout delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Your work blends technical architecture, customer strategy, and hands-on execution. You will often find yourself handling several priorities at once.

Lead the technical discovery and end to end deployment of our voice and chat platforms for enterprise customers across Brazil.
Collaborate closely with internal researchers and engineers to translate complex customer feedback into product enhancements.
Architect robust integrations between ElevenLabs APIs, client telephony systems, and modern tech stacks.
Act as the primary technical advisor during mission-critical implementations to resolve roadblocks and optimize system latency.
Build reusable technical documentation, deployment frameworks, and best practice playbooks tailored to the regional market.

Requirements

To succeed here, you should bring a healthy mix of deep technical competence and polished communication skills.

Proven track record in technical consulting, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or deployment strategy.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to articulate advanced AI concepts to both software developers and executive stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with modern APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure, alongside basic scripting skills in languages like Python or JavaScript.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement and technical validation environments.
Curiosity and adaptability required to thrive in a rapid, fast-changing AI research and product ecosystem.
