Key Responsibilities

As a Demo Engineer, your contributions will be central to our growth and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Crafting Engaging Demonstrations: Design and develop compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and innovation of Bloomreach’s agentic personalization platform.
Tailoring Solutions: Deeply understand prospective customers' unique challenges and business objectives. You will customize demo environments and scenarios to directly address their specific pain points.
Expert Presentations: Deliver dynamic and persuasive presentations to diverse audiences, ranging from technical stakeholders to C-level executives. You will simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-centric value propositions.
Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Bloomreach’s product suite, including our Loomi AI engine. Stay current with new features, updates, and competitive landscape insights.
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to refine demo strategies, ensure messaging consistency, and provide valuable product feedback from the field.
Technical Environment Management: Set up, configure, and maintain robust demo environments, ensuring they are always ready and showcase the latest capabilities.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring a unique blend of technical acumen, presentation prowess, and customer focus:

Proven Experience: Several years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or product demonstration role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Technical Proficiency: A strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, e-commerce platforms, marketing technology, and data analytics. You should be comfortable discussing complex technical architectures.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an innate ability to explain intricate technical details in an accessible and engaging manner.
Presentation Skills: A natural presenter, comfortable commanding a room (virtual or physical) and adapting your style to different audiences.
Problem Solving: Adept at understanding business challenges and creatively demonstrating how technology can provide effective solutions.
Self Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
