Converge Technology Solutions is looking for an exceptional Delivery Lead who also embodies the spirit of a Scrum Master. This individual will blend deep technical understanding with outstanding client and delivery leadership. As the primary point of contact, you will own the end-to-end delivery of critical AI, data, and application projects, supporting global innovation from anywhere in the Contiguous United States. Your role involves translating intricate technical work into tangible business value, maintaining operational excellence, and holding teams accountable for timely, impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact throughout the engagement lifecycle, owning the relationship from kickoff through successful delivery.
Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders through transparent communication, unwavering accountability, and a genuine commitment to their success.
Lead all client-facing ceremonies, including dynamic kickoff sessions, regular status meetings, compelling demos, and concise executive updates.
Manage expectations effectively by providing timely, accurate, and relevant project information to all parties involved.
Own the entire delivery process, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple concurrent AI, data, and application initiatives.
Drive agile methodologies as a skilled Scrum Master, fostering self-organizing teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary while offering thoughtful solutions.
Champion clear, consistent communication between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, ensuring everyone understands the vision and progress.
Ensure technical solutions align with client business objectives, articulating complex technical concepts in understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
Monitor and report on project progress using relevant metrics and dashboards, providing regular updates to both client and internal leadership.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within delivery teams, promoting best practices in agile development and project management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Scrum Master role, specifically managing AI, data, or complex software development projects.
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to AI, machine learning, data engineering, and application development.
Demonstrated experience serving as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools, with a certification (e.g., CSM, PMP, SAFe) being a significant plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a track record of effectively managing risks, issues, and escalations.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements and project details into clear business value.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
