Overview

In this position, you will take charge of managing shipment and tracking workflows for packages leaving our CareKinesis fulfillment centers. Your destinations will vary widely, ranging from private participant residences and bustling assisted living facilities to specialized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly organization locations. Key Responsibilities

Closely monitoring all outbound shipments using advanced internal and external tracking tools and dashboards to guarantee timely arrivals.
Partnering directly with national courier Account Managers to optimize delivery routes and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Proactively tackling and resolving complex delivery roadblocks, including unexpected weather events and logistical hurdles.
Communicating effectively across teams to keep stakeholders informed about package statuses and transit updates.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for keeping a cool head when unexpected shipping delays pop up.
Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or supply chain tracking is a major plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with couriers and internal staff.
Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment with reliable digital connectivity.
