Key Responsibilities

As a Defined Contribution Customer Solutions Specialist, you will manage a diverse set of tasks to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. These include:

Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to defined contribution plans with clarity and precision.
Providing expert guidance and support on plan administration, compliance, and participant experience.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including operations, legal, and technology, to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
Analyzing data and trends to identify potential issues or areas for improvement within client accounts.
Proactively communicating updates and solutions to clients, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in financial services and a commitment to client success. The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of two years of experience in defined contribution administration, retirement services, or a closely related financial services field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics clearly and empathetically.
