This is a worldwide opportunity where you will tackle everything from complex Postgres configurations to real-time sync issues, working directly with the builders who rely on our platform every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve advanced customer issues across Postgres, Auth, Row Level Security, Storage, Realtime, Edge Functions, and various client libraries.
Provide consultative and proactive advice that helps users optimize their workloads, avoid common architectural pitfalls, and scale with confidence.
Reproduce bugs and isolate root causes to ensure smooth resolutions while collaborating closely with our engineering teams to feed real-world insights back into product development.

Requirements

Fluent in both Japanese and English, with stellar communication skills for written technical support.
Solid background in database administration, specifically with PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with modern web development stacks and cloud infrastructure.
A deep passion for developer tools and a knack for troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment.
