As our fully remote Data Security Manager, a crucial leadership role, you will strategically and operationally manage all aspects of our corporate and production data security programs from end to end. This position sits at the intersection of security strategy, people leadership, and business enablement, translating complex organizational data risks into decisive programs, measurable outcomes, and clear communication for executive stakeholders. You will lead a dedicated team of specialists and champion the adoption of AI within our security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Driving the continuous improvement of our data security posture, anticipating future threats and implementing proactive measures.
Presenting complex security concepts and performance metrics to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Championing the integration and adoption of artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance our security operations.
Collaborating closely with various business units to embed security best practices throughout our development lifecycle and operational processes.
Ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision. Successful candidates typically possess:

Extensive experience in data security management, ideally within a fast paced, high growth technology environment.
Proven leadership experience, including building, mentoring, and managing high performing security teams.
A deep understanding of data privacy regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA, along with practical experience in their implementation.

Demonstrable experience with or a strong aptitude for leveraging artificial intelligence in security operations.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CDPSE) are highly desirable.
