Overview

Are you someone who loves digging into complex data pipelines and making sure information flows seamlessly? We are teaming up with an international organization based in New York to find a talented Data Quality and ETL Specialist. This is a fully remote contract role that you can do from anywhere in the world, as long as you can overlap 4 to 6 hours daily with New York business hours. If you bring a strong background in AWS, data cleansing, and the MEAN stack, we would love to chat with you about this long term opportunity paid in USD.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with an agile team to build out robust data workflows. Your daily focus will revolve around designing and executing ETL processes, moving data efficiently from MongoDB into a modern data lakehouse. You will translate requirements into clean technical solutions, merge your code regularly into shared repositories, and run rigorous quality checks. Keeping our data pristine is a top priority, so you will constantly implement validation strategies and deduplication methods to guarantee absolute accuracy.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands on experience utilizing AWS ETL and data quality tools
Proven track record of designing and deploying comprehensive ETL pipelines
Deep familiarity with data cleansing and deduplication best practices
Practical experience working with the MEAN stack framework
Strong dedication to testing and ensuring data accuracy
Fluency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively during US hours
