goPro Consultancy Group ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated Data Lakehouse/BI Specialist to support an international client based in New York. This is a fully remote opportunity, meaning you can contribute your expertise from any global location. We offer a long-term engagement as an employee, with compensation provided in USD. You will be expected to commit approximately 4 to 6 hours per day, aligning with normal New York, US office hours. We value hands-on experience and a proactive approach to designing and implementing robust data solutions within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

As our Data Lakehouse/BI Specialist, you will contribute significantly across several key areas, including:

Collaborating with an agile team to effectively design and implement data lakehouse architectures and comprehensive BI models.
Translating intricate design specifications and functional requirements into tangible data lakehouse architectures and powerful BI models.
Managing the entire data lifecycle: importing, transforming, and loading data into the data lakehouse, particularly from MongoDB sources.
Developing and implementing compelling data visualizations and highly interactive dashboards that bring data to life.
Ensuring code quality and integrity by merging code into shared repositories, thoroughly validating it, and performing rigorous quality assurance.
Implementing sophisticated BI-based dashboard reporting to generate and widely share valuable, actionable insights.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

More than two years of hands-on experience as a Data Lakehouse Specialist.
A proven track record of working effectively within agile development environments.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing end-to-end data lakehouse architectures.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for seamless communication.
The ability to dedicate 4 to 6 hours daily during normal New York, US office hours.
