Key Responsibilities

Define and own our multi-year global data center location strategy, driving site identification, market prioritization, and portfolio optimization across owned and leased facilities.
Lead comprehensive site feasibility assessments by evaluating power grid capacity, utility infrastructure, land availability, fiber network connectivity, climate risk, and total cost of ownership.
Develop and maintain a robust global pipeline of prospective data center locations while coordinating closely with real estate, legal, policy, and infrastructure teams.
Serve as the authoritative voice on location strategy to influence multi-year capital deployment decisions that support our expanding digital footprint worldwide.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in data center site selection, real estate portfolio strategy, energy markets, or large-scale infrastructure planning on a global scale.
Deep understanding of power grid dynamics, renewable energy integration, utility procurement, and fiber connectivity requirements for hyperscale operations.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, legal experts, policy teams, and technical engineers.
Strong analytical mindset capable of synthesizing complex geographical, economic, and regulatory data into clear strategic recommendations.
